NSS Special Camp Inauguration

 The inauguration of Seven Day Special Camp of NSS at College Campus was done by Adv. Murukadas V , President of Chittur Block Panchayath on 24/12/2021 evening . The function was attended by various elected members of Local Self Government . Smt. Amala A K , Presided the occassion and Smt Bindu R , NSS Program Officer, welcomed the personalities 

Christmas Celebration of GASCK Staff Club

 The Christmas Celebration under the auspicious of Staff Club members was organised on 23/12/2021 evening . Pricipal , Smt Amala A K greeted the members and gave Christmas message . The Cake cutting was made jointly by the Principal and JS . 

 

Felicitation function of Medal Winners in Sports Events

 A felicitation function was organised for complimenting Medal Winners in the Sports Events ( ALWIN of B Com and VIGNES S of BA Functional English ) on 22/12/2021. Students and Staff gathered in front of the college and received the medal winners with bouque and garlands. Momento and Cash Awrds were given  to the winners by the Principal ( AMALA A K ) and complimented them. 

Tamil students won the Literary competition

 Students from Dept of Tamil (4 students) won the Intercollegiate literary competition held in Palakkad on the occassion of the birth anniversary of Great Poet and Freedom Fighter  Shri Sbramanya Bharathi 

Gender Awareness and Sensitisation Class

 An awareness class on Gender Sensitisation was   held on 8/12/2021 in the college auditorium . The program was inaugurated by Smt. Amala A K , Principal  and Dr. Arathi Asok, Assistant Professor, Govt Collage Chittur , took awareness class on the topic. The program was coordinated by Dr Srividya , Associate Professor of English and the Gender Sensitisation Cell Convenor. 

Tamil Mandram inauguration for the year 2021-22

 The formal inauguration of Tamil Mandram of the college was done on 10/12/2021 by Smt. Amala A K, Principal. The program was organised in connection with the birthday of Maha Kavi Subramanya Bharathi . Literary Personality Sri. Stalin spoke on the topic of Bharathiar's perspective on Women hood . Smt. Umamakheswari K , HOD of Tamil welcomed the attending members . 

Women Cell Awareness Program

 An awareness program on the atrocities against women titled "ആത്മഹത്യയല്ല , ആത്മ ധൈര്യമാണ് വേണ്ടത്" was conducted on 13/12/2021 . The Program was inaugurated by Smt Amala A K Principal and Dr. Nishalekshmi, HOD Hindi and the Women Cell Coordinator welcomed the gatherings . Video Message from the Chairperson of Kerala Youth Welfare Commission was shown and Smt. ANILA KUMARI , Inspector of Police, took awareness class on the topic 

Jeevani Conseling Centre Official Inauguration

 The Jeevani Counselling Centre for Students Wellbeing for the Academic Year 2021-22 has formally inaugurated by the Principal Smt.Amala A K on 20/12/2021 . Shri. Nandajan K K , Psychologist attended the program as Chief Guest and took an awareness class on "Happiness and Mental Health". Jeevani Coordinator , Jeevani Counsellor , Teachers , and  Students were participated . 

Silver Medal in Hammer Throw at the Calicut University Intercollegiate Athletics Championship
